- 02Industry Partnerships
- 03Career-Ready Outcomes
The Canyons Innovation Center is a public-private education engine designed to connect students, educators, and industry leaders in meaningful ways that strengthen Utah’s workforce.
Located in the heart of Utah’s innovation corridor, the Canyons Innovation Center (CIC) brings together high school students, business leaders, entrepreneurs, and community partners to solve real-world challenges, develop durable professional skills, and prepare the next generation of talent.
Serving nearly 4,000 students annually, the CIC offers profession-based learning experiences aligned with Utah’s fastest-growing industries — from healthcare and advanced manufacturing to cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, aviation, construction, and entrepreneurship. Our students don’t just learn about careers. They work alongside professionals, tackle authentic projects, and gain experience using the tools, technologies, and standards employers rely on every day.
More Than a Donation. A Partnership.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to partnership. Whether your organization can contribute expertise, projects, equipment, funding, or apprenticeships, there are meaningful ways to make an impact. Let’s Build the Future Together.
Our Partners
Built for, backed by industry
The Canyons Innovation Center is guided by an advisory board of leaders from industry and higher education. Board members, and our industry partners, ensure programs stay aligned to workforce needs—advising on curriculum, equipment, and the design of learning spaces. They mentor students and bring portfolio-building projects to the table so students graduate ready for what’s next.
