High School Credit: CTE credit or elective credit: Up to 4 credits total. One credit may be substituted to a science credit upon request.
Concurrent Enrollment: 12 college credits required. Student is responsible to register and pay for concurrent enrollment classes at Utah Valley University. For more information on these classes, see Appendix.

Course Descriptions
INFO 2500 / Artificial Intelligence:
Learn and apply prompt engineering to improve the accuracy and relevance of AI output. Then, build AI-based tools and applications, such as chatbots, AI tutors, and media analyzers. Discover how AI is used in the industry and how it can be used to accelerate your future career.
INFO 2500 / Artificial Intelligence:

CS 1410 / Computer Programming Advanced:
Students will create more complex GUI applications including a game using Java. Build more complex applications that involve data structures and prepare for the AP Computer Science A Exam.
Data Analytics:
Students will explore the lifecycle of data, from collection and cleaning to analysis and visualization. Through a blend of theoretical concepts and practical applications, learners will gain proficiency in using various tools and techniques to interpret complex datasets.
AR/VR:
Use Unreal Engine and build games and simulations in AR and VR. Understand how locomotion and other XR-specific design considerations affect the virtual experience. Use Blueprint scripting language or C++ to build various functionalities that make up a game or simulation.
CS 2420 / Algorithms and Data Structures:
This course presents the ideas, tools, structure, syntax, libraries, and object-oriented design techniques for developing well-formed programs using data structures. Student’s study and strengthen their concepts such as problem solving, program structures, classes, methods, data types, control constructs, file and console I/O. Students will also learn other important principles in designing object-oriented programs containing data structures.
